If you head into any Sephora or pop on over to the Sephora website, the newest buzz is all about color correcting. The "trend" can be a bit intimidating at first: using colored concealers, serums, and pigments to correct any discoloration you have going on, whether that's redness, dulness, dark under-eye circles, etc.

My biggest concern is my under-eye circles; being as pale as I am, my skin tends to be pretty translucent around my eyes, and my #IWokeUpLikeThis face looks like someone socked me in the eyes and gave me bruised under-eyes. (OK, so it's not quite that terrible, but it's certainly quite purple-y/blue-y when I wake up. Thanks, genetics.) I've tried using peach-toned color correctors in the past, but they've all been quite thick in consistency and crease-prone.

Enter the new formula from Sephora: their Bright Future Gel Serum Color Correctors and Concealers. The gel formula is very thin in consistency, but both the correctors and the concealers pack a powerful punch. Even better, they dry down almost completely and are relatively crease-free. They're layerable, too, so when I go to apply the yellow or the peach corrector on my under-eye circles, I can then layer the concealer on top without having to worry about that correcting color shade peeking through. They are a must-try!

(In case you're wondering, I use both the 02 Yellow and the 04 Peach color correctors and the concealer in the shade 01 Bavarian Cream.)
