The Best Spring/Summer Blushes
I've 100% jumped off my cool-toned makeup train and am now fully embracing all things warm: oranges, reddish browns, tans, golds. If you took a look at my vanity at the moment, first of all you'd see a big mess, but second of all you'd also notice that all of my silvery pink and purple blushes have been stored away in favor of things on the more coral and tan side.
The ones I've been reaching for the most lately are good. If you don't have these already, they'd make a great addition to your summer makeup wardrobe. My personal favorite has to be Milani's Corallina, which is a shimmery coral that gives a radiant glow to my cheeks. When I'm in the mood for something slightly less shimmery but just as coral, I reach for Tarte's Captivating. It's not shimmery, but it does give a satin finish—and this formula lasts all day long. The final blush I've been reaching for the most lately is an interesting one: Clinique's Nude Pop. It looks like it'd be more of a bronzer, but it's actually a very flattering nude color that's perfect for when you want your cheeks to look healthy without a bright pop of color.
What about you? What are your favorite spring and summer blushes?
