By the time you read this, I’ll be done with my final exam. I’ll be done with homework for the next five days. I’ll be driving home, ready to veg on a real couch, watching a real TV and eating real food. In case you forgot what undergraduate life was like, I thought I’d include that little reminder of what an undergrad looks forward to during break. Here’s the breakdown (oh, punny - break - breakdown):
Necktie Blouse: Garage sale (Gap)
Sweater: Garage sale (Old Navy)
Jeggings: Old Navy
Boots: Salvation Army
Salvation Army is about to meet its match: me! I found a pair of boots almost exactly like these at a garage sale two years ago, but I wore them so much last year that the plastic on them got all crack and nasty. So in the trash they went. Then I found these leather boots at Salvation Army for $2.50 a couple of weeks ago. I can’t believe I had been considering buying brand new, black, flat ankle boots! You think I’d know better by now.
The necktie blouse reminds me of what Kelly from The Glamouri has been wearing lately. Speaking of other blogs, be sure to check out the list of other blogs I love underneath “Bonus Pages” on the sidebar. I look to these blogs on a daily basis for inspiration and some laughs.
