Blushes that Pack a Punch
My everyday makeup routine, no matter what look I'm going for, always includes blush. Being as pale as I am, I absolutely need it to keep me from looking ghost- or zombie-like. I've tried my fair share of blushes, and I haven't met a blush color I couldn't wear somehow.
Becca Cosmetics is known most for highlighters, especially for their Jaclyn Hill collaboration, Champagne Pop (which is a great gold highlighter for pale girls, by the way). The next time you're at the Becca stand in Sephora, move your eyes down from the shimmering highlighters to their mineral blushes, which are absolutely incredible. They're the most pigmented blushes I've ever tried; just the tiniest tap of your brush gets all the blush you'll need for the day.
My spring/summer shade is Flowerchild, which is a peachy pink blush with golden highlights and a satin finish. It's really flattering to pair with warm-toned eyeshadow and a nude lip. My go-to cold-weather shade is Hyacinth, which is a vibrant poppy pink that looks almost looks berry-toned on me, so I like to pair it with cooler-toned eyeshadows and berry lips.
