I can’t believe it’s Christmas Eve! Yesterday was spent doing some last-minute shopping (whoops!) and wrapping lots of presents. I’m the allotted wrapper at my house, at least for gifts my mom didn’t buy. She wraps those, and my dad and brother hand me everything of theirs to wrap. I wrap like a 2-year-old, but that’s probably better than my dad and brother’s 1-year-old skills. Here’s the breakdown:
Plaid Button-Up: Garage sale
Jeggings: Old Navy
Loafers: Old Navy
I guess I subconsciously packed a lot of neutrals, greens, and reds while packing for break. So a few of my outfits will look like Christmas colors, like this one. And probably the one tomorrow. But you know what? It’s Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! I think you can look past the very literal translation of Christmas colors as an act of kindness in the holiday spirit. Right?
Sweet and simple today. Isn’t my necklace awesome? My friend Anna bought it for me as a Christmas gift, and I love the abstractness of it. I knew it’d go so perfectly with this outfit to pick up the green in the plaid.
Hope your Christmas Eve is family- and tradition-filled with lots of love! Get some sleep before we celebrate Jesus’ birth and before Santa comes tonight!
