Flawless-face products

My skin is the clearest it has been since before college, and I blame my blemished days on the unhealthy college lifestyle and the many stresses that come with school. But now that I’m out of school and have a less-stressful job, blemishes almost never happen. I give credit to living and eating healthier, trying to stay as stress-free as possible and the above products.

My dermatologist recommended the CeraVe products, and I’ve been using them for three years now. Best stuff ever. A Clarisonic, while expensive, is well worth the price tag; mine is a year and a half old and still works like a gem. After I remove my makeup with generic makeup removing wipes, I use CeraVea’s foaming cleanser with my Clarisonic, which provides a deep clean that you can’t get from using your hands.

On the days a blemish pops up on my face, I use Revlon’s PhotoReady concealer and a beauty blender to provide extra coverage over my foundation. These two products together are like a little miracle — they make any and all blemishes unnoticeable.

The newest product I’ve added to my daily routine is Olay’s CC Cream. My first experience using BB cream was traumatic; let’s just say the wrong shade made me look like I was an extra playing an Oompa Loompa who just walked off the set of The Wizard of Oz. But Olay’s CC Cream (in fair-to-light) blends in perfectly with my very pale skin and is foundational for the rest of my flawless-face products. Not only that, but it has SPF in it, which is essential for everyone (not just pale girls like me). I use it after washing my face in the morning, put on a little extra foundation and cover up blemishes, and I’m ready to face whatever that morning brings.
