Drugstore Eyeshadow Singles that'll Replace Your Palettes
In case you haven't been to a drugstore lately, the start of a new year has brought on a slew of new drugstore makeup from all the major players. I picked up quite a few bits and bobs while I was in the Utah over the holidays (a video is coming soon—I promise!), but the standout item of the bunch is from L'Oréal Paris: their new eyeshadow singles.
They run at $4.50–$5 a pop, depending on where you buy them, but even more impressive than their low price tag is their quality. They're buttery, blendable, and pigmented—everything we crazy beauty bloggers look for in an eyeshadow. The colors in the line are quite impressive, too: everything from warm to cool, neutral to colorful. I picked up five of them in pain au chocolat, cafe au lait, quartz fume, petite perle, and Paris beach. The only con to these is that they can kick up quite a bit of excess product, so be prepared for a bit of a mess and to tap off your brush a lot—but the end result is so worth it.
Check out the entire line here. What color would you pick up?
