Hi.

Pockets

Jacket: Isaac Mizrahi for Target via Goodwill (similar) | Plaid Blouse: Garage sale (similar) | Studded Collar: Forever 21 | Denim: Dear (super old) | Booties: BOC (gift) (similar) | Scarf: Vintage via Salvation Army (similar) | Fingerless Gloves: Handknit (pattern here) (similar, just in case you don’t knit)

I just couldn’t resist wearing my studded collar again today, and this time I paired it with a classically country color combo (how’s that for alliteration?). Red, hunter green, navy and mustard yellow are perfection together and makes me think of a gorgeous fall day spent in the mountains. Plus, I finally got around to showing the fingerless gloves I made a few years ago. The pattern is call “Fetching” and is surprisingly easy—even if you’ve never tried knitting cables before. I learned on this pattern while making these gloves! They’re warm and made of alpaca, so I keep them by my desk for cold hands while I’m working.
