Hi.

Daily: Pop of Color

Fall is in the air, and it makes me think of pumpkin spice lattes from Starbucks; maybe I’ll get one today. Our dining hall at school has some pumpkin spice “coffee,” but it comes from a mix. And let’s face it: nothing compares to the original pumpkin spice latte. I don’t actually know if it’s original or not, but I like to think it is. Plus Starbucks is my drug of choice. Here’s the breakdown:

Tank: Old Navy
Striped Shirt: Garage sale (INC)
Blazer: Garage sale
Jeans: Rue21
Riding Boots: Shi by Journey’s
Necklaces/Ring: American Eagle
Bag: ???

It’s hard to tell in the pictures, but my blazer actually has this cool silver sheen to it. I decided to go with basic black and white this morning, and I thought this striped shirt that I bought at a garage sale would be perfect. I actually wore it earlier this summer with a skirt (previous post). My skinny jeans that I tucked into my boots were from Rue21 (six dollars - yeah!), and my riding boots were the find of the century two years ago when I bought them. They’re leather and wonderful, but they have zero traction on them.

About a year ago, my roommate and I saw these necklaces that had clocks on them in Lucky magazine, and after six months of searching for some, we found some at American Eagle. I actually carry this bag with me everywhere on campus because it fits everything - my computer, my books, my papers. But I thought the pop of color it added to my outfit today was grand, so I included it in the pics today.

Speaking of the pictures, doesn’t the sky look so awesome that it almost looks fake? I promise it’s not, but my roommate pointed it out as she was taking the pictures. Absolutely beautiful.

It’s Tumblr Tuesday, so be sure to recommend me for the directory! Also, if you aren’t following me on Twitter or Facebook, you should be. Just click the links at the right side of my page.

Have a great Tuesday, everybody!
