Breakfast at Tiffany’s, cheese pizzas, Ford’s Mustang, movie and popcorn, hot fudge sundaes, Beethoven’s “Moonlight Sonata.” All classics, right? Most of the time, classics stay classics for a good reason. They’re classic and always will be! Is this confusing yet? No? Good. Here’s the breakdown:
Striped Blouse: Borrowed from roommate (Ann Taylor LOFT)
Jeggings: Elle (Kohl’s)
Flats: Old Navy
Necklaces: Garage sale
Bag: TJ Maxx (Nine West)
Scarf (attached to bag): WalMart
I think the new classic is combining stripes and leopard prints together. Seriously, it’s everywhere, and for good reason; it’s too chic to pass up! I wanted to try it today, but with a little different twist (mostly because the temps are too warm for my fuzzy leopard scarf). So I put this scarf that I bought at WalMart probably six years ago on my Nine West tote.
I am also digging the mix of colors in this outfit - the navy stripe, the orange beads, and the yellow flats. This is a great, safer way to take on the many colors on this spring’s runways without going overboard (or having to spend a fortune).
