A New Must-Have Makeup Tool
Ask any beauty or makeup junkie, and he or she will tell you the bane of existence is having to wash makeup brushes. It can be a long, tedious process—especially all those little eyeshadow brushes that get dirty way too quickly after they're freshly washed. I'd like to introduce you to the most genius makeup tool of all time: the Vera Mona Colour Switch.
I used my MAC 217 brush almost every day, and rather than washing it with soap and water between uses, I just glide my brush over the colour switch sponge. The friction against the sponge causes the previous eyeshadow color to loosen and fall off into the sponge, and voila! You have a clean brush ready for a new eyeshadow color. The colour switch sponge is gentle on your brushes and shouldn't cause any of the bristles to fall out. Oh, and to clean the colour switch sponge (which can be used for weeks at a time . . . believe me, I've done this), you just have to wash with soap and water and let dry.
Why didn't I buy this sooner? It's absolutely genius. (Oh, and they now sell it at Sephora!)
